Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you are reviewing the correct refund policy based on the program you are inquiring about, as Branding CEO® offers multiple products with varying policies.

At Branding CEO®, we stand behind the effectiveness of our training when students dedicate time to study and implement what they learn. When you enroll in one of our premium courses, you are covered by our "14 Day Guarantee."

14 Day Guarantee:

If you enroll in our program, attend all live trainings, complete all coursework, and still do not see benefits within the first fourteen days (14 days) following enrollment, we will provide a full refund.

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:

Book and attend your onboarding call: Our onboarding process is crucial to tailor our training to your specific needs and use cases.

Dedicate at least one hour per day to implementing what you learn.

Email us within the first 14 days from your enrollment date if you do not see improved results or find our course valuable.

The guarantee does not apply if:

You enroll but do not attend trainings.

You enroll but do not complete any assignments.

You enroll but quit after attending some trainings.

You purchase a program with deliverable assets that cannot be returned, such as Snapshots, Funnels, Websites, custom code, etc. Refunds are not available for purchases including these assets.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice Period: All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your renewal date.

How to Cancel: Please fill out and submit our cancellation request form at [Branding CEO® cancellation link]. Requests made through any other method may not be honored.

Late Cancellation: If a cancellation request is not submitted at least 5 days prior to the renewal date, the full payment for the next term will be processed, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the new term.Refunds:

Refunds are not provided for late cancellation requests. Once the payment for the next term is processed, it is non-refundable.

Acknowledgment: Upon successful submission of your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt and processing of your request.

Refund Policy:

All payments are final. No refunds are given for any reason unless you have in writing a refund guarantee based on your purchase and qualify based on the criteria given on this page. You are not entitled to a refund or chargeback for any reason. All payments made to Branding CEO® pursuant to this Agreement are final and are not refundable for any reason. You agree that deposits are considered non-refundable, and that you will not request a refund or chargeback on the deposit that was put down. YOU agree to not request, advise, file a claim, or seek a bank or credit card company for a chargeback for consideration paid under this Agreement. You agree to waive any rights you may have under applicable state and federal truth in lending laws or otherwise (including, but not limited to, under credit card issuer’s procedures for resolving such disputes). You agree that any disputes that you may have with respect to consideration paid hereunder must be addressed directly between you and Branding CEO®. If a chargeback occurs, you shall have materially breached the Agreement and shall forfeit all remaining services that have not yet been performed under the Agreement. Branding CEO® shall have no further obligation to you. Further, Branding CEO® shall be entitled to recover from you all damages, and reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees, and costs associated with pursuing collection and/or recovery of the amount of the chargeback. If you have an issue with your purchase or our services, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Pricing Policy:

Price Changes: Branding CEO® reserves the right to adjust our pricing for our products and services at any time and without prior notice.

Commitment to Value: Despite potential price changes, we are committed to providing exceptional value and quality in all our offerings.

Notification of Changes: While price changes may occur without prior notice, we strive to inform our customers of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Existing Subscriptions: For customers with ongoing subscriptions, any price changes will be communicated in advance and will only be applied in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement.
